What’s in the picture? The work underway is preparing for what’s coming – the superstructure: deep foundations (Keller), rock and soil excavation (MIS), underground electrical (PDI), layout for concrete and building foundations (Lithko), sleeving layout – ABL (Plumbing and Mechanical), PDI (Electrical), JCI (Fire Sprinkler), and so much more. Our first major delivery of rebar is scheduled for Monday, August 15, 2022.
