Cleaning
Final cleaning is occurring in the Podium Apartments (Levels 2-6)
Corridors
Corridors are complete up to Level 16 in the Tower Apartments
Exterior Sitework
Exterior sitework is progressing as we are now down to the Southside with sidewalk, hardscapes, and plan to begin planting trees along the East elevation
Podium
Owner punch for Podium Apartment units is substantially complete, and Samet is working to have the Podium Apartment units (Levels 2-6) turned over by mid-to-late March
Level 7 Amenities
Level 7 Amenities is progressing
- Turf grass and planters are installed throughout the exterior on the Amenity Deck
- Fencing installation currently ongoing
Level 19-27 Condos
Condos (Levels 19-27)
- Prime paint and hanging drywall are complete up to Level 23
- Finishes (cabinetry, tiling, flooring) are progressing
